Less than 6 weeks away!

Vendors have been selected by our hard-working jury and the new vendor list will be posted in a few days once everyone has confirmed their participation. We had a great group of artists this year and will be welcoming some new faces in addition to old favorites.

Please help us spread the news about the Yarn Party to your local craft guild, SnB, shops, and fellow fiber artists!  People interested in volunteering on the day of the event should visit our Ravelry group for more information on how they can help out.

We will have our usual charity effort for Knitters and Crocheters Care, and we're excited to offer some more advanced classes this year.  More info will be posted soon!

Become a Sponsor

Would you like to get your local yarn store or other crafty business in front of the more than 700 avid crafters who attend the Homespun Yarn Party? Read on!

We are entirely volunteer-coordinated and proud to support independent artists and local yarn shops.

To help pay for postcards to spread the word and for our party space, we are offering two sponsorship levels:
  • For $40, your name and location/website will be listed in our program, and linked on our blog for a year. We will also make a separate blog post featuring your business (we will send you a questionnaire and you may include your logo or a photo of your products in the blog post).
  • For $100, in addition to the link and profile post, you will be able to submit up to four blog posts throughout the year, announcing sales, special offers, or events.

All sponsors will be announced and thanked during the event, and listed on our sponsor board, which will be prominently displayed at the entrance. Plus, HYP sponsors and vendors are able and encouraged to post in our Facebook and Ravelry groups.

We are also happy to receive donations of supplies for our on-site learn to knit, crochet, or spin classes, or tokens of appreciation for our volunteers. These material donations will be acknowledged to class participants and listed in the event program. In addition, if you would like to donate a door prize for the event, please let us know what you have to offer!

Email yarnparty@gmail.com for more information. Payment must be received no later than March 11.
